Development of a hotel product to meet the guests‘ need for privacy. The available property does not have a direct sea view, therefore the attractiveness had to be achieved in a different way. The result is one and two-storey villas with a private garden and private pool, merging into a shared pool.


The Arabic reference to the place in terms of the architecture and interior design was interpreted in a modern way, thus making the hotel guest feel at home in a foreign country. The building is constructed in a traditional way using local materials. The clear, white architecture is framed by a garden design with colourful flowering plants.


The successful concept has led to the realization of the fourth row of villas and the addition of further service buildings.
