LI- CAMPUS WEIDENSTIEG
NEW BUILDING

Germany

For the new building of the Institute for Teacher Training and School Development, we are designing an identity-shaping environment for learning and working – in close collaboration with MoRe Architekten. The architecture embodies openness, flexibility, and inclusion.

By winning the competition for the digital learning lab ISE LAB, SCHIENBEIN+PIER laid the foundation for its collaboration with the State Institute – and for the development of innovative learning environments.

Developed through a participatory process, the design features innovative spatial concepts and custom-built elements that equally support movement, focus, and collaboration. Flexible structures, integrated media technology, high-quality materials, and sustainable lighting and acoustic strategies define the spatial atmosphere.

Our approach combines pedagogically grounded interior architecture with the principles of circular and sustainable building: durable materials, resource-conscious planning, and a high level of design quality – creating a learning environment that inspires both today and tomorrow.

In close dialogue with future users, we translate the evolving needs of education into open, adaptable spatial formats.

The result is a place that fosters diversity, community, and development – now and in the future.
